Returns
All returns must be authorized for credit. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and a 15% restocking fee applies.
All returns must be unused in original undamaged packaging within 7 days of purchase. It is the customers responsibility to measure the pool properly before placing an order. Liners and special orders may not be returned .
All products have manufacturer defect warranty only. Manufacturer's warranty does not cover labor or water costs. Follow the Warranty information enclosed with the item purchased. Blue Ocean Pools is not responsible for damage caused as a result of customer negligence.
Cancelled Orders
If you are cancelling an order, you must notify Blue Ocean Pools within 24 hours of placing your order by calling our toll free number 1-800-561-4237. If the item had been shipped out before that time you will be subject to a return shipping fee and a restocking charge. |
