Parcels

Parcels are shipped prepaid by UPS for packages under 75 lbs. (You may choose the level of service).  After your order has be processed (usually within 24 hours) you can expect your purchase to arrive 2-7 business days depending on your location. When shipping charges are not listed, or you feel that the UPS rate is very high, you can contact our shipping department to get the best possible deal.  If requesting a shipping rate by email, please provide your City, Province/State and Postal Code along with the item(s) you are choosing to purchase.


Pool Kits
For larger items we ship with a freight company and may take up to 10 days in transit. Freight charges and taxes are automatically calculated when placing your order. We ship to Canada and the continental US. Freight truck deliveries only provide curb side delivery. Special lift gate delivery service is extra.There must be someone home to sign and receive the goods. Above ground pool kits are shipping on a 4'x8' pallet weighing approximately 800 lbs total. The kit is made up of a number of boxes and you must have help to unload the truck or additional fees will apply.

Taxes:
Ontario residents are subject to GST (5%) & PST (8%)
British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec and PEI residents are subject to GST (5%)
New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland are subject to HST (13%)
US residents do not pay TAX!!!
Canceled Orders
You must notify Blue Ocean Pools within 24 hours of placing your order by calling our toll free number 1-800-561-4237. If the item had been shipped out after that time you may be subject to a return shipping fee and a restocking charge.
 
 
Availability
Blue Ocean Pools make every effort to keep all items in stock. During our busier season, if we do not have an item in stock you will be notified as soon as possible.
 
 
After receiving your package
Please inspect your package to ensure there are no damages or shortages. In the extremely rare event that this occurs you must note this on the freight bill. Please go through your checklist. Our shipping department strives to ensure that all items are accounted for when preparing your order. Any claims regarding missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your package.
